Ellensburg School District is delighted to announce that Kelly Rotter will be the new principal of Valley View Elementary.

Rotter began her teaching career in Royal City in 2003. In 2006, she moved to Ellensburg to become a 2nd grade teacher at Valley View. By 2018, Rotter had moved into administration as the school’s assistant principal. Rotter is well positioned to take the top job at Valley View with Rob Moffat’s retirement.
