-

-
Blue Slip: Once fully cleared, turn in your student's blue slip to the coach on or before the first day of practice to participate.
-

Multi-Sport Policy (WIAA Rule 17.22.1)
Under state rules, schools cannot offer special privileges (e.g., reduced practice times, late arrivals, early dismissals, or regular missed practices) to accommodate non-school sports activities.
-
Choice Required: While we encourage multi-sport athletes, families must choose between cross country and other sports before the season begins to prevent practice and race conflicts.
Summer Preparation & Goals
-
Summer Running: Completely optional! Running 2–4 times a week (or starting a couple of weeks before practice) helps build endurance. Finding a running buddy makes it even better.
-
No Experience Needed: Athletes coming straight off the couch are fully welcome and will have a great season!
