May is Mental Health Awareness month! We want to bring awareness to this important topic by providing you with some helpful resources.

If you notice these signs or others that cause you to be concerned, talk with your child. Let them know they are not alone and that you will support them in this journey to feel better. Remind your child that mental health issues are very common and very treatable. Discuss your concerns with your child’s healthcare provider. Your child’s school counselor is here to help and support your child and your family, too.
