Are your students ready to play? We’ve updated our
MMS athletics page with everything you need to get your student-athlete signed up and ready for turnouts. Final Forms registration is now open!
Here is what you can find on the page to help you get started:

Athletic Registration via FinalForms: MMS has transitioned to FinalForms for all athletic paperwork. You can easily complete and sign all participation forms digitally, and your data will save from season to season. In addition, each student athlete will need an updated sports physical and will need to pay for an ASB card. Once all requirements are completed, they will be issued a blue slip from the MMS office that they will give to the coach on the first day of practice.

Schedules & Events: Fall sports will start practicing before the first day of school.

Football Practice starts- August 24th

Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Cross Country practice starts- August 31st
- Keep an eye on the MMS Sports Schedules section and our live athletic calendar on the page to stay up to date on game times and locations. Parent letters will also be posted on our website in early August.

Fees & Handbooks: Find links to the Student Athletic Handbook and details on purchasing an ASB card ($28.00). Please note: Under WA State HB 1660, ASB fees are waived for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch.
